Thank you for shopping with Christmas Tree Advent Calendar! Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
2. Shipping Rates
US shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 pay $8.95 per order. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders to the United States and Canada have 5 to 10 day delivery, usually by USPS or UPS. These are estimates; carriers can run late in December. You will receive an order confirmation email after you order, and another notification when your order has shipped.
4. Canadian Orders: Duties and Taxes
Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged on arrival. These are set by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
6. Shipping Delays
Christmas Tree Advent Calendar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to help resolve any shipping issue.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. These orders can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@christmastreeadventcalendar.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please include your order number and a description of the issue; for damaged items, photos are required. We will work with the carrier to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund.
